I want to discuss the few but most important traits of a good leader. It will be helpful to lead a group of people.
1. One of the traits of a good leader is being able to build loyalty beyond reason, and getting people totally believing that something is possible and this is fundamental to leading a group of people.
2. Everybody wants to be led. Remember! Workers want to know two things.

- They want to know what they should be doing.
- They want to know that what they are doing.
3. Group leader must set up an environment in which his colleagues totally trust that.
4. Consistency in behaviour is the most important thing to lead a group of people. People in leadership roles must behave consistently. If they behave inconsistently, this means they are telling their colleagues to do something and do something totally different themselves.

But I dint really get the point "Workers want to know what they are doing". I mean, don't they already know what they are doing?
