Now the question arises how to develop consistency in behaviour at a firm or organisation?
Following steps are important to adopt it.
- Get together every 100 days as a group.
- Draw up a list of all the things that want to get done in the next 100 days.
- Go away as an individual and come back with commitments to how you are going to contribute to that list.
- Sit down with executive and president to discuss your plan
- It‘s just key figures’ job to make sure that the sum of everybody’s plan nails the firm’s list.
