BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGY

How to prepare list of evaluation?

Prepare a list that is made up of simple things. This list should be prepared after every maximum and minimum 100 days of work. This will motivate you and restore confidence.

  1. Write down all the wrong doings in the last 100 days. Let’s get rid of those. Nail your pain points and say “OK, what needs to be done to make sure that does not happen again?”  This should be the major part of the list.
  2. Another significant part of the list is the personal growth stuff, which everybody must include on their list. You want to advance. You want to grow as a person. There are things you want to get better at. Analyse yourself at this stage honestly and let you know yourself about personal growth and involve yourself in personal growth activities and personality development. Self improvement can do wonders for your organisation.
  3. Develop a mechanism for future activities keeping in mind the prior mistakes and blunders.
  4. Goal setting should be more or less realistic. Make it sure that every worker of the company knows the targets and the thinking of the company.

Approach to Managing People:
Most important tactic of running a good business is what is Director’s approach to manage his people? Try to uncover what people are really good at doing and then give them a hell of a lot of that to do. Truly it works!
Never be sort of person who believe in obsessing over trying to get people to do things that they are no good at anyway.
